Dennis has a book out now called Dennis Maruk: The Unforgettable Story of Hockey's Forgotten 60-Goal Man, written by Ken Reid, in which Dennis talks about his playing career and life away from the game. Monday Night Football saw the Seattle Seahawks fall to the Atlanta Falcons after missing a last second field goal that would have tied the game, but their were other decisions made by Head Coach Pete Carroll during the put them in a tough spot. Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports joins Will Nault on The Big Show to talk about a tough loss for the Seahawks, and why it could impact them come playoff time. Jason and Will also discuss the Denver Broncos atrocious season and what it means for their coaching staff. They also look ahead to Week 12, which starts with a triple-header Thursday.

Already on their current trip they've taken a 50's style train ride and visited the Pentagon as a team, and they're playing like a tight knit group now as well. Peter Loubardias joins Will Nault on Hockey Central at Noon to talk about a possible correlation as well as where this team would be without goalie Mike Smith.

Gilbertson: Not surprised that NHL wants to look at Tkachuk altercation

Following a wild game Wednesday between the Calgary Flames and Detroit Red Wings Wes Gilbertson of Postmedia joins Pat Steinberg on Flames at Five. Today the league announced that Red Wings defenseman Luke Witkowski has been suspended 10 games by the NHL, Matt Tkachuk will have a phone hearing tomorrow as a result of the altercation as well. They also look ahead to Wes' story that will be printed in the Herald tomorrow, asking some of Johnny Gaudreau's idols about the talented Flames forward.

The baseball community said goodbye to Roy Halladay earlier in the week after he passed away in a plane crash on November 7th. To talk about the way he has been honored our MLB Insider from ESPN, Adnan Virk, joins Pat Steinberg and Will Nault on The Big Show. Duhatschek: Don't see brawls like that anymore

The Flames were in Detroit Wednesday night to take on the Red Wings, their first trip to the new Little Caesars Arena, and it won't be forgotten anytime soon. Not only did the Flames lose 8-2, 111 penalty minutes were doled out during the game which included a bit of a line brawl in the third period. Eric Duhatschek from The Athletic joins Matt Rose and Kelly Kirch on Hockey Central at Noon to talk about the game.
