Blue Jays fans celebrate Bautista after likely last home game

It was an emotional day at Rogers Centre as Toronto Blue Jays legend Jose Bautista played in what will likely be his final home game with the team.

Bautista has picked up a lot of fans over his 10 seasons in Toronto and as he left the field, those supporters took to social media to honour the man known as Joey Bats.
