Blue Jays sign pitcher Luis Santos to minor-league deal

The Toronto Blue Jays have signed pitcher Luis Santos to a minor-league deal with an invitation to spring training.

Santos pitched to a 2.70 ERA in double- and triple-A with the Blue Jays in 2017.
