The Toronto Blue Jays will celebrate their 40th season by wearing a commemorative patch on their uniform throughout the 2016 season, according to Chris Creamer of Sportslogos.net.

Toronto has previously worn patches to recognize its 10th, 20th, 25th and 30th seasons, as well as the City of Toronto’s 150th anniversary and various other memorial patches.
