Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Troy Tulowitzki left Wednesday’s spring training game against the New York Mets after he was hit in the hand by a Bartolo Colon pitch.

The Blue Jays updated Tulowitzki’s status following the game.

The 31-year-old has looked impressive at the plate this spring, hitting .290 in 31 at-bats with four home runs and 10 RBIs.

Jose Bautista (stiff neck) and Ryan Goins (flu-like symptoms) were both held out of the Blue Jays lineup against the Mets, while Edwin Encarnacion remains day-to-day.
