Dodgers reinstate and outright pitcher Fife

LOS ANGELES – The Dodgers have reinstated pitcher Stephen Fife from the 60-day disabled list and outrighted him to the team’s Triple-A roster.

Fife made one start for the Dodgers this season and pitched in 11 games for Triple-A Albuquerque before undergoing Tommy John surgery on Aug. 13.

The move was made on Monday.
