Gotta See It: Marcus Stroman’s little brother takes batting practice

Turns out Marcus Stroman isn’t the only one in his family with an affinity for baseball.

The Toronto Blue Jays‘ right-handed starter tweeted out this video of his nine-year-old brother, Jayden, taking swings. Jayden, who’s apparently a switch hitter, is “out here working as well,” which seems to imply he’s hanging out with the elder Stroman in Dunedin, Fla., during the Blue Jays’ spring training down south.

Young Jayden isn’t just a switch hitter. It would appear that he’s a multi-sport athlete:

If Marcus Stroman is famous for his “Height Doesn’t Measure Heart” motto, his younger brother will have to come up with his own catchphrase. “Young Stro” was already approaching the five-foot-nine pitcher’s height last spring when he was just eight.
