R.A. Dickey’s knuckleball poses a challenge for any catcher.
“I don’t think I’m ever going to be 100 percent comfortable,” Toronto Blue Jays catcher Russell Martin told Dean Blundell & Co. Wednesday.
Although Martin admitted that catching Dickey is a challenge, the catcher feels he’s adjusting well to the new pitch.
In his appearance on Sportsnet 590 The FAN, Martin also discussed his relationship with fellow catcher Dioner Navarro and what he said to Aaron Sanchez after the young pitcher’s first Spring Training start.
