While he may have missed out on the Rawlings Gold Glove award, Toronto Blue Jays’ centre-fielder Kevin Pillar has still been recognized for his outstanding defensive play in 2015.
After a season in which the 26-year-old made highlight-reel catches on what seemed like a weekly basis, Pillar has been named the 2015 Wilson Defensive Player of the Year for centre field.
