The Toronto Blue Jays have signed Korean league pitcher Radhames Liz to a minor-league contract, according to a report.

Liz led Korean Professional Baseball with 188 strikeouts last season and finished fourth in ERA (3.06) as a member of the LG Twins. The 30-year-old right-hander pitched 110.1 innings with the Baltimore Orioles between 2007 and 2009, compiling a 6-8 record, 7.50 ERA and 1.885 WHIP to go along with 82 strikeouts and 76 walks. He has spent the past three seasons with the Twins after being released by the San Diego Padres in 2011.

The 6-foot-2 Dominican features a fastball that has touched 100 mph to go with a curveball, sinker, slider and changeup.
