The Toronto Blue Jays are making steady progress on a new dirt infield at Rogers Centre.

Stephen R. Brooks, the team’s senior vice president of business, shared the latest progress on Tuesday afternoon, showcasing that there will indeed be plenty of dirt for the players to slide around on.

Much has been accomplished since work first began and it looks like the field’s on track to be fully ready and operational for the Blue Jays’ April 8 home opener against the Boston Red Sox.
