Thon Maker is a class act and anyone who thinks otherwise should take the time to visit Paul Kuzma’s Facebook page.
The Milwaukee Bucks forward earned himself a new fan over the weekend, when he decided to give up his seat on a flight. Instead of sitting in economy class, after also getting bumped from first class earlier in the day, Maker agreed to move to the back of the plane where his seven-foot-one frame would barely fit.
Kuzma took to Facebook “because I think folks need to know what a CLASS ACT he is when they search his name.”
Maker reportedly gave up his seat to be able to avoid further delays on his flight, knowing he had a practice to attend.
Even though he was given an uncomfortable seating arrangement, which required him to get up every time someone came through the aisle, Kuzma says that Maker didn’t show one “hint of resentment.”
Maker will be entering his second-year in the NBA come the start of the 2017-18 season in October.
