Caboclo scores game-high 25 in Raptors 905 loss

Bruno Caboclo scored a game high 25 points and grabbed six rebounds, but Raptors 905 fell to the Fort Wayne Mad Ants on Sunday night at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum for the second consecutive night by a score of 112-92.

Raptors 905 found themselves down double-digits in the first quarter, and stuck 63-40 going into halftime. They also finished the game with a staggering 24 turnovers.

Terran Pettway led the Mad Ants (2-0) with 22 points and four assists on the night, and Rakeem Christmas chipped in with 19 points of his own. Walter Lemon Jr. contributed with 16 points off the bench.

Scott Suggs added 18 points for the Raptors 905 (0-2), and Melvin Johnson had another strong outing scoring 15 points and hauling in seven rebounds.

The Raptors 905 will head home and look to grab their first win of the season as they take on the Maine Red Claws at the Hershey Centre on Thursday in their home debut.
