The Collins twins, Jason and Jarron, were guests on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Wednesday and seemed to have a ball with their host.

Jason Collins, who recently penned a piece for Sports Illustrated in which he came out, was asked by Kimmel if he was the tallest gay man in the world.

The seven-footer then quipped, “I was expecting a call from the people at the Guinness Book.”

Kimmel wondered how Jarron Collins failed to recognize his twin brother’s sexuality.

“I missed red flags and everything,” Jarron Collins responded. “It was a situation where my wife and I kept setting him up on dates and he would come back with the weirdest excuses like ‘ooohhh … she talked about her dogs too much.'”

Jarron Collins also attempted to put his brother’s growing fame into perspective by offering, “Let me put this in perspective via Twitter. My brother went from 3,000 followers to up over 100,000 followers in just over an hour.”

Kimmel then held up a copy of the Sports Illustrated which features Jason Collins on the cover and said, “This is like the best gay-Match.com ad ever.”

Jason Collins said that he has yet to meet a man but that his brother was approached at a urinal in an airport.

Kimmel then pulled out a gift for Jarron Collins — a t-shirt which read, “I’m the straight one.”

Part 2 of the Jimmy Kimmel interview:

After the show, someone bumped into Jarron Collins on the street and he was wearing his new gift. A picture of Collins in his new t-shirt was posted on Reddit:
