Leading by 23 points (how fitting) with just under two minutes remaining in the third quarter against his former team, James drove to the basket against Miami Heat forward Joe Johnson. He felt contact as he put up a running bank shot, and was more than unimpressed when no whistle followed.
Enes Kanter, who clashed with LeBron when the Cavaliers faced the New York Knicks on Nov. 13, threw some shade towards James on Twitter right after the ejection.

James was having himself a monster night, with 21 points, 12 rebounds, six assists, five steals and a block in just 28 minutes.
