Steph Curry has become the face of NBA. Breaking records, winning an MVP and a championship one season, and then following it up with an even better season and more broken records will do that.
But while the vast majority of fans and players alike are in awe of Curry’s amazing feats, lately a handful of legends—most notably Oscar Robertson— have put Curry and his style under fire, claiming its hurting the game.
On the latest episode of Hoops, hosts Eric Smith and Paul Jones were joined by Michael Grange to talk about his cover story in Sportsnet magazine, and why Robertson and others are wrong to criticize the most exciting player of his generation.
Hoops airs Thursday night’s at 7pm ET on SN590 The Fan, and can also be found on iTunes.
