Raptors add depth by signing guard Davion Berry

Toronto Raptors president Masai Ujiri says the organization is super-excited about landing such a young talent like OG Anunoby late in the first round, and says they hope to develop him slowly through the system.

The Toronto Raptors have signed guard Davion Berry, the team announced Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Berry has appeared in 56 career NBA G League games with the Maine Red Claws and Raptors 905, averaging 9.4 points, 2.9 assists. He has also spent time playing professionally in Europe and Asia.

The 25-year-old played college basketball at Cal State Monterey Bay before transferring to Weber State. He went undrafted in 2014.
