Raptors’ DeMarre Carroll leaves game with apparent head injury

DeMarre Carroll was injured after getting hit by Pascal Siakam’s foot. Carroll had to be helped off the court.

Toronto Raptors forward DeMarre Carroll left Wednesday night’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a neck injury and will not return.

The 30-year-old fell while making a defensive play and took a knee to the back of his head from teammate Pascal Siakam.

Carroll was down on the floor with a few minutes before being helped to the locker-room.

The six foot eight, 212 pounder was 0 for 6 from the field against the 76ers and had two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 22 minutes of play.
