Toronto Raptors forward DeMarre Carroll left Wednesday night’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a neck injury and will not return.
The 30-year-old fell while making a defensive play and took a knee to the back of his head from teammate Pascal Siakam.
Carroll was down on the floor with a few minutes before being helped to the locker-room.
The six foot eight, 212 pounder was 0 for 6 from the field against the 76ers and had two rebounds, two assists and two steals in 22 minutes of play.
