While the rest of the Raptors are in Indiana to face the Pacers, injured point guard Kyle Lowry has taken a trip to a different locale.
Eric Koreen of the National Post reports that Lowry has headed to the Big Apple for further evaluation of his injured ankle.
Kyle Lowry is in New York City today for a second opinion on tests conducted by Raptors. The first opinion has not been disclosed.

As Koreen points out, we aren’t certain what the Raptors’ own staff learned in their tests although the official word has been a sprained right ankle.
Lowry has been sidelined since Nov. 5 after suffering the injury in a loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. In four games this season, he has averaged 18.3 points, 6.3 assists and 5.8 rebounds per game.
