Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry will compete in the three-point contest during the 2016 NBA All-Star weekend in Toronto.

2015 champion Stephen Curry will join him and also try to defend his crown against his Golden State Warriors teammate Klay Thompson, the Houston Rockets’ James Harden, Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh, Khris Middleton of the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers sniper J.J. Redick, and Phoenix Suns youngster Devin Booker.

The NBA also announced the participants in the slam dunk contest, including the defending champion Zach LaVine of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

The skills challenge will have a bit of a different flair to it with many big men in the field including Sacramento Kings centre DeMarcus Cousins.

The all-star festivities begin on Feb. 12 with the highly anticipated celebrity game.
