The Los Angeles Clippers are facing more turmoil one day after the team was eliminated from the NBA playoffs after blowing a 3-1 series lead against the Houston Rockets.

According to a report from Fox Sports Bill Reiter, free agent centre DeAndre Jordan could be looking for a new home this off-season after having a falling out with all-star point guard Chris Paul during the regular season.

Jordan will be one of the most sought after free agents when he hits the open market this summer. The 26-year-old is reportedly seeking a max offer, which would pay him $100 million over five years. The Clippers, who already have Paul and Blake Griffin signed to max deals through 2017-18, would be able to offer Jordan more money than any other team.

Following the Clippers’ Game 7 loss in Houston, coach and GM Doc Rivers said re-signing Jordan is the team’s top priority this off-season.

When asked about his future on Sunday, Jordan, who had 17 points and 16 boards in the loss, said “This is what I’m used to; I’m not thinking about that.”

Jordan led the NBA in rebounding for the second straight season in 2014-15 and posted a career-best 11.5 points per game. The 6-foot-11 rim protector also finished third in NBA Defensive Player of the Year voting.

Losing Jordan would be a huge blow to a Clippers team that has won two Pacific Division titles and topped 55 wins or more over the last three seasons.
