Report: Raptors’ Leiweke fires Alvin Williams

NBA analyst Paul Jones joins PRIME TIME SPORTS to offer his opinion on MLSE President and CEO Tim Leiweke firing scout Alvin Williams.

New MLSE CEO Tim Leiweke has continued his overhaul of the Toronto Raptors’ front office by dismissing popular scout Alvin Williams, according to a report in the Toronto Star.

Williams spent the past season in a scouting role for the club. He was one of the organization's most well-liked and respected players during his playing tenure in Toronto from 1998-2005.

The former point guard was part of the lone Raptors’ team to win a playoff series back in 2000-01.
