The Toronto Raptors and Jonas Valanciunas are closing in on a four-year extension worth more than $60 million, according to ESPN’s Marc Stein.
Currently training with the Lithuanian national team ahead of the 2015 EuroBasket tournament, Stein reports Valanciunas has returned to Toronto to wrap up the new deal.
Drafted fifth overall by the Raptors in the 2011 NBA Draft, the seven-foot centre has averaged 10.9 points, 8 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per game over three seasons.
