The Washington Wizards reportedly don’t have any intentions of letting Otto Porter Jr. leave this summer.

Porter, who is a restricted free agent, is expected to receive an “aggressive offer” from the Wizards tonight at 12:01 a.m. when free agency officially beings. It’s also reported that they’ll “match any offer”, according to Mike Wise of the Undefeated.

Teams like the Brooklyn Nets are reportedly expected to throw a major contract at Porter, which the Wizards will have to match to keep their restricted free agent.

Porter was originally drafted by Washington in 2013 with the third overall pick, and just had the best season of his career after reaching new highs in points (13.4), rebounds (6.4), field-goal percentage (51.6) and three-point percentage (43.4).

The Wizards will look to continue growing with their 24-year-old small forward, as they try to establish themselves as one of the best teams in the league.
