Sportsnet to broadcast 35 Raptors games

TORONTO — Sportsnet has announced its 2012-13 Toronto Raptors broadcast schedule, featuring 35 regular season games beginning on Saturday, Nov. 3 with Toronto visiting the Brooklyn Nets at 7:30 p.m. ET on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific. With comprehensive coverage across all Sportsnet platforms – television, radio, online, mobile and print – fans will not miss a beat from Canada’s NBA team.

Sportsnet’s Raptors regular season schedule includes 23 games on Sportsnet ONE and 12 games on Sportsnet East, Ontario, West and Pacific. TV play-by-play will be handled by Matt Devlin, with former NBA player Leo Rautins as analyst.

As the official radio station of the Raptors for the 15th straight season, Sportsnet 590 The FAN will broadcast all 82 games this season featuring the play-by-play team of Paul Jones and Eric Smith.

Sportsnet ONE is also home to 45 regular season NBA match-ups, tipping off on Opening Day, Tuesday, Oct. 30, with the defending NBA champion Miami Heat hosting the Boston Celtics at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
