Minnesota Timberwolves superstar Jimmy Butler will not play against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday night due to a sore right knee.

This is a big break for the Toronto Raptors, who are on the second night of a back-to-back after defeating the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.

Butler is averaging 21.7 points, 5.4 rebounds, five assists and two steals per game to help put Minnesota in position for their first playoff appearance since 2004.

In his absence, Canadian Andrew Wiggins and Karl-Anthony Towns will be expected to do the heavy lifting for the Wolves who are also without Jamal Crawford due to a left great toe sprain.
