The Toronto Raptors are one win away from advancing to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in franchise history.

With Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan finally turning in all-star performances against the Miami Heat in Game 5, the Raptors find themselves in a position to move on with a win in Miami Friday night and have a chance to face LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers in the next round.

While fans may be feeling excited about the team’s 3-2 series lead, injuries to Jonas Valanciunas and now DeMarre Carroll affect the team in many ways.

On the Andrew Walker Show on Sportsnet 590 The Fan on Thursday, Walker cautioned Raptors fans to not get overly optimistic about the team’s potential matchup against the Cavaliers and said that one win from the Raptors is all he’s looking for in the end.

“It would be great to see this Raptors team send Lebron home one game with a loss,” he said. “But after that nobody expects them to go any further.”
