If you didn’t already know by now, James Johnson is an athletic freak of nature — his high-flying dunks and 20-0 kickboxing record would attest to that.
But just to remind you how athletic he is the Toronto Raptors big man decided to perform a standing backflip at practice on Tuesday, much to the delight of his teammates.
Given his pedigree it’s not surprising he can pull off a routine backflip, but keep in mind he is 6-foot-9 and 250 pounds.
