You name it, I've done it, reasonably well I hope. Twenty-five years in this business means if you’re lucky enough to cross paths with the Olympics, you get to do just about everything. Four Olympics later, I still learn new things everyday.

Sportsnet's launch in 1998 and its subsequent designation of soccer as a priority led to my latest career path. I covered the sport in another life, but if I said North American Soccer League, you'd say that's a long time ago. But these days I live for our Saturday morning English Premier League telecasts which I have hosted from the beginning, and National Team broadcasts.

But I'm a sports fan first. I love it all. Give me a golf event, or another Olympic assignment to compliment my role of covering rowing in Barcelona in 1992 (4 gold medals for Canada), or biathlon in Lillehammer two years later, ( 2 more gold medals) and I would welcome it. Sports is the ultimate reality television show, and with the exploding growth of soccer, the best is yet to come.
