Bio:

For the last 25 years I have been one lucky individual ... To have the opportunity to make a living at something that brings so much joy and excitement to your life is amazing ... I have truly enjoyed every single step of the way, my four years as the play-by-play voice of the Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League, four years as the voice of the WHL's Regina Pats, eight years spent in television in Saskatoon, Regina, Winnipeg, and most recently CFRN TV in Edmonton for three years.

My mom tells me that when I was one, I would literally park myself in front of the tube on Saturday nights to watch Hockey Night in Canada, and never moved until a commercial would come on. I have coached both minor hockey and minor ball, and played just about every sport under the sun. I LOVE SPORTS. I tell my friends the only thing in life that really scares me is not being involved in sports on a daily basis. It's been a great ride so far. My time at Sportsnet has included covering the NHL Board of Governors meetings, Blue Jays opening weekend in Puerto Rico, The Masters, three rounds of the NHL playoffs including the Stanley Cup Final and now handling the play-by-play broadcasts for the Calgary Flames.  When I got into broadcasting, I hoped it would be closer to home in a city like Calgary.  This is an exciting opportunity coming on board with the Flames and looking forward to calling some great games.

This has been unbelievable - like a dream... Wow.
