Ronda Rousey is a polarizing figure so it’s no surprise she was chirped on social media following her knockout loss to Holly Holm at UFC 193 over the weekend.

Rapper 50 Cent posted this photo on Instagram mocking the MMA superstar and said it was boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather Jr. who put him up to it.

Mayweather and Rousey have been involved in an ongoing feud in the media since Rousey emerged as a UFC standout back in 2013.

UFC president Dana White repeatedly said he thought Rousey would beat him in a fight. In the summer, Rousey was named Best Fighter at the ESPY Awards and had some harsh words for Mayweather, her fellow nominee.

“I can’t help but really say that I wonder how Floyd feels being beat by a woman for once,” Rousey said on the red carpet at the event in reference to Mayweather’s history of domestic violence. “I’d like to see him pretend to not know who I am now.”

Mayweather responded to that comment at the time by saying: “A while back I didn’t know who Ronda Rousey was, so I’m pretty sure she got upset.”

Mayweather has denied he was involved in 50 Cent’s Instagram post.

Not all fighters jeered at Rousey’s first defeat. Former UFC champion Anderson Silva — who knows all too well what it’s like to be viewed as invincible — posted some words of wisdom for Rousey.
