The Stanley Cup Finals are upon is again, and again there’s no Canadian team to be found. That means Canada’s two-decade-old Stanley Cup drought will get another year longer. There were hopes that Montreal could bring the Cup back home, which would be fitting since it was the Habs who last hoisted Lord Stanley’s mug on Canadian ice back in 1993.
