NORTH SOUND -- Dwayne Smith drove in 86 runs as Barbados earned a 62-run win over Jamaica in Saturday's action at the Caribbean Twenty20 cricket tournament.
Smith accounted for more than half of his team's offence as Barbados (2-0) put up a target of 157 runs.
Barbados' defence took care of the rest, limiting Jamaica to 95 runs by claiming all 10 wickets in just 16.5 overs.
Ashley Nurse added 18 runs for Barbados, while Shane Dowrich had 15.
Nkruma Bonner led Jamaica (2-1) with 18 runs.
Elsewhere, Romel Currency had 48 runs as Combined Campuses and Colleges beat English side Sussex by 29 runs.
Kyle Mayers added 33 runs for Combined Campuses and Colleges (1-1).
Joe Gatting had 37 runs for Sussex (1-2).
Canada looks for its first win when it faces Guyana on Tuesday.
