ALL THE STATS. ONE LOCATION.

They're almost here: The playoffs!!

The regular season wraps up on Sunday. There will then be the customary two days off for the players, after which the 2011 Stanley Cup Playoffs will begin on Wednesday night.

I'm breaking out the stats pack a few days early this year, so those of you who draft Sunday or Monday night will have all the reference points you need.

Beginning with the Eastern Conference today and the West tomorrow, here are the top players per team with a full statistical complement that includes: career playoff stats, '10-11 point totals and points since the All-Star break.

Also included: starting lines from the last game; top power play times from the last outing, the top power play minute men per team in '10-11 and a few quick notes per roster.

Preparation is the key to success for almost anything in life, although in playoff pools it always helps to have a little dumb luck. Hopefully you can utilize this stats presentation today and tomorrow, my team picks on Monday (that's the plan, which gives me just enough time to decide what the hell I'm going to do with these San Jose Sharks) and combine them with your hunches to come out on top.

The tried and true winning strategy when you make your picks is extremely simple, in that you want to centre your selections around which four teams you think will advance to the Conference Finals. It's no easy task to predict all four teams correctly, but even landing two or three of four can go a long way toward success given the incredible level of parity in the league. The deeper your pool too, the more long shot picks you can incorporate into your line of attack.

One final note before we dive in here... I've tried to include up-to-date injury info, but new stuff is coming out hourly. You know how it goes. Follow along with Twitter and future Hockey Hearsay blogs for new info as it becomes available.

Remember too: Hockey Hearsay blogs will be running all throughout the playoffs and off-season in the normal weekday slots.

WASHINGTON CAPITALS

Line combos: Alex Ovechkin - Nicklas Backstrom - Mike Knuble/ Marco Sturm - Marcus Johansson - Eric Fehr/ Jason Chimera - Brooks Laich - Jay Beagle/ Matt Hendricks - Boyd Gordon - Matt Bradley/ Karl Alzner - John Carlson/ Jeff Schultz - Sean Collins/ John Erskine - Tyler Sloan

Top PP times (last game): Ovechkin (4:17), Laich (3:30), Backstrom (3:26), Knuble (3:26), Johansson (2:19)

Top PP times (season to date): Ovechkin (4:31), Green (4:26), Wideman (3:39), Backstrom (3:21), Semin (3:14), Laich (3:00), Knuble (2:20), Carlson (2:13), Arnott (2:00), Fehr (1:57)

Quick notes: Great news for the Caps, in that Mike Green has been symptom-free for three weeks and is ready to go. He'll reportedly play in Saturday's regular season finale. Dennis Wideman may miss the entire first round as he recovers from a leg hematoma and compartment syndrome, but the exact timeline is still a bit fuzzy. Note those line combos from last night's game do not include Alexander Semin or Jason Arnott (both should be fine for the playoffs), who would normally skate with each other on L2 with either Marco Sturm or Brooks Laich. Bruce Boudreau loves to tinker with his lines though, so Marcus Johansson may well become a key sleeper if you think the Caps will make a long run.

Alex Ovechkin: Career playoffs (20-20-40 in 28 GP); '10-11 (32-53-85 in 78 GP); Since All-Star break (13-21-34 in 27 GP).

Alexander Semin: Career playoffs (8-16-24 in 28 GP); '10-11 (28-26-54 in 64 GP); Since All-Star break (10-9-19 in 25 GP).

Jason Arnott: Career playoffs (30-36-66 in 106 GP); '10-11 (17-14-31 in 73 GP; 4-3-7 in 11 GP with WAS); Since All-Star break (5-4-9 in 24 GP).

Mike Knuble: Career playoffs (10-15-25 in 48 GP); '10-11 (24-16-40 in 78 GP); Since All-Star break (13-7-20 in 30 GP).

Mike Green: Career playoffs (4-15-19 in 28 GP); '10-11 (8-16-24 in 49 GP); Since All-Star break (0-2-2 in 5 GP).

Brooks Laich: Career playoffs (6-10-16 in 28 GP); '10-11 (16-32-48 in 81 GP); Since All-Star break (7-14-21 in 30 GP).

John Carlson: Career playoffs (1-3-4 in 7 GP); '10-11 (7-30-37 in 81 GP); Since All-Star break (2-14-16 in 30 GP).

PHILADELPHIA FLYERS

Line combos: James van Riemsdyk - Mike Richards - Ville Leino/ Nikolay Zherdev - Claude Giroux - Jeff Carter/ Scott Hartnell - Danny Briere - Kris Versteeg/ Dan Carcillo - Darroll Powe - Andreas Nodl/ Braydon Coburn - Kimmo Timonen/ Sean O'Donnell - Andrej Meszaros/ Matt Carle - Danny Syvret

Top PP times (last game): Richards (5:40), Giroux (5:40), Timonen (5:39), Zherdev (5:34), JVR (5:00)

Top PP times (season to date): Pronger (3:42), Timonen (3:20), Briere (3:04), Giroux (3:04), Carter (2:56), Richards (2:56), Hartnell (2:46), Meszaros (2:26), Leino (2:20), Carle (2:17)

Quick notes: Danny Briere has been nursing a groin injury, but is expected to play Friday. He is the definitive money player in post-season pools, so if you expect the Flyers to make a deep run then he's a guy you'll probably want. Also, Chris Pronger - central to this team's ability to advance anywhere - is supposed to be ready to go by the time the playoffs begin. He has a hand injury and today told the media today that maybe he'll play Game One, maybe he won't. Ville Leino was an absolute beast in last year's playoffs on a line with Briere and Hartnell that has basically stuck together since then... can he and they do it again?

Claude Giroux: Career playoffs (12-14-26 in 29 GP); '10-11 (25-50-75 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (6-22-28 in 30 GP).

Mike Richards: Career playoffs (15-28-43 in 52 GP); '10-11 (23-42-65 in 79 GP); Since All-Star break (6-12-18 in 29 GP).

Danny Briere: Career playoffs (35-52-87 in 86 GP); '10-11 (32-31-63 in 75 GP); Since All-Star break (6-12-18 in 28 GP).

Jeff Carter: Career playoffs (12-7-19 in 41 GP); '10-11 (36-29-65 in 78 GP); Since All-Star break (13-8-21 in 28 GP).

Chris Pronger: Career playoffs (26-94-120 in 170 GP); '10-11 (4-21-25 in 50 GP); Since All-Star break (0-4-4 in 15 GP).

Ville Leino: Career playoffs (7-16-23 in 26 GP); '10-11 (19-33-52 in 79 GP); Since All-Star break (8-8-16 in 29 GP).

Scott Hartnell: Career playoffs (15-17-32 in 62 GP); '10-11 (21-24-45 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (4-7-11 in 30 GP).

James van Riemsdyk: Career playoffs (3-3-6 in 21 GP); '10-11 (21-18-39 in 73 GP); Since All-Star break (9-7-16 in 29 GP).

Matt Carle: Career playoffs (3-22-25 in 62 GP); '10-11 (1-37-38 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (0-14-14 in 30 GP).

Kimmo Timonen: Career playoffs (2-22-24 in 58 GP); '10-11 (5-31-36 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (2-9-11 in 30 GP).

BOSTON BRUINS

Line combos: Milan Lucic - David Krejci - Nathan Horton/ Brad Marchand - Patrice Bergeron - Mark Recchi/ Rich Peverley - Chris Kelly - Michael Ryder/ Daniel Paille - Gregory Campbell - Shawn Thornton/ Zdeno Chara - Johnny Boychuk/ Tomas Kaberle - Dennis Seidenberg/ Andrew Ference - Adam McQuaid

Top PP times (last game): Bergeron (5:02), Recchi (4:48), Peverley (4:16), Chara (4:00), Seidenberg (4:00)

Top PP times (season to date): Kaberle (3:20), Chara (3:08), Savard (2:58), Bergeron (2:43), Recchi (2:41), Lucic (2:31), Horton (2:25), Hunwick (2:17), Seidenberg (2:11), Ryder (2:06)

Quick notes: You'd expect the top line to fare well and watching Milan Lucic do his thing in the post-season will be worth the price of admission alone, but I'm just as anxious to see if someone like Brad Marchand can catch lightning in a bottle like he did for a six-week period beginning in early January. If the Bruins go deep, he's the sort of guy who has John Druce, Chris Kontos or Fernando Pisani written all over him.

David Krejci: Career playoffs (7-14-21 in 27 GP); '10-11 (13-49-62 in 73 GP); Since All-Star break (6-23-29 in 30 GP).

Milan Lucic: Career playoffs (10-10-20 in 30 GP); '10-11 (30-31-61 in 77 GP); Since All-Star break (10-18-28 in 30 GP).

Nathan Horton: Career playoffs (N/A); '10-11 (25-27-52 in 78 GP); Since All-Star break (13-11-24 in 30 GP).

Patrice Bergeron: Career playoffs (5-15-20 in 31 GP); '10-11 (22-35-57 in 79 GP); Since All-Star break (6-11-17 in 29 GP).

Mark Recchi: Career playoffs (56-77-133 in 164 GP); '10-11 (14-34-48 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (4-12-16 in 30 GP).

Zdeno Chara: Career playoffs (7-20-27 in 76 GP); '10-11 (14-29-43 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (4-13-17 in 30 GP).

Tomas Kaberle: Career playoffs (6-22-28 in 77 GP); '10-11 (4-43-47 in 80 GP; 1-8-9 in 22 GP with BOS); Since All-Star break (2-15-17 in 31 GP).

Brad Marchand: Career playoffs (N/A); '10-11 (21-20-41 in 75 GP); Since All-Star break (8-8-16 in 28 GP).

Michael Ryder: Career playoffs (12-14-26 in 45 GP); '10-11 (18-22-40 in 77 GP); Since All-Star break (4-8-12 in 27 GP).

Dennis Seidenberg: Career playoffs (1-5-6 in 19 GP); '10-11 (7-24-31 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (3-6-9 in 30 GP).

PITTSBURGH PENGUINS

Line combos: James Neal - Mark Letestu - Alex Kovalev/ Chris Kunitz - Jordan Staal - Tyler Kennedy/ Pascal Dupuis - Max Talbot - Chris Conner/ Arron Asham - Craig Adams - Mike Rupp/ Zbynek Michalek - Paul Martin/ Brooks Orpik - Kris Letang/ Matt Niskanen - Ben Lovejoy

Top PP times (last game): Letang (4:01), Kovalev (3:01), Neal (2:55), Staal (2:27), Michalek (2:15)

Top PP times (season to date): Letang (4:25), Kunitz (4:09), Kovalev (3:39), Staal (3:05), Martin (3:00), Neal (2:57), Comrie (2:41)

Quick notes: Sidney Crosby will obviously be the key for any Pittsburgh-related pool prospects, so stay tuned for the latest info on him. Otherwise, it's worth noting that Zbynek Michalek has been tried on PP1 for his shooting abilities. Mike Comrie, although only playing a depth role for now since becoming healthy, has also been worked into the line-up and can produce offence if he's moved up. James Neal has done little offensively since the trade, but he's the sort of player who could become a heat-sinking missile for poolies in the playoffs if he can find his groove. Eric Tangradi and Nick Johnson are also possible offensive wildcards who are recovering from concussions.

**Sidney Crosby: Career playoffs (30-52-82 in 62 GP); '10-11 (32-34-66 in 41 GP); Since All-Star break (Hasn't played).

TAMPA BAY LIGHTNING

Line combos: Simon Gagne - Steven Stamkos - Steve Downie/ Martin St. Louis - Vincent Lecavalier - Nate Thompson/ Ryan Malone - Dominic Moore - Teddy Purcell/ Sean Bergenheim - Adam Hall - Dana Tyrell/ Pavel Kubina - Victor Hedman/ Mike Lundin - Mattias Ohlund/ Brett Clark - Marc-Andre Bergeron

Quick notes: Victor Hedman's injury status is unclear as of this writing. Between back issues and being a healthy scratch, Marc-Andre Bergeron has been hit or miss for poolies. When playing, he can be a dynamic power play presence. It's worth noting how hot both Vincent Lecavalier and Simon Gagne in particular have been in recent weeks.

Martin St. Louis: Career playoffs (23-25-48 in 45 GP); '10-11 (30-65-95 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (10-25-35 in 29 GP).

MONTREAL CANADIENS

Line combos: Michael Cammalleri - Tomas Plekanec - Andrei Kostitsyn/ Mathieu Darche - Scott Gomez - Brian Gionta/ Travis Moen - David Desharnais - Benoit Pouliot/ Tom Pyatt - Lars Eller - Ryan White/ Hal Gill - P.K. Subban/ Roman Hamrlik - James Wisniewski/ Paul Mara - Brent Sopel

Top PP times (last game): Wisniewski (3:10), Cammalleri (3:04), Subban (3:07), Kostitsyn (2:52), Plekanec (2:20)

Quick notes: Remember that Michael Cammalleri was a point-per-game player in last year's playoffs (13-6-19 in 19 GP) and that Andrei Kostitsyn has 15 points in his past 20 GP. Of all the Habs though, I'm most looking forward to watching P.K. Subban and his energetic style of play when the games mean everything at this time of year. He had eight points in his 14 starts last spring.

Tomas Plekanec: Career playoffs (8-16-24 in 40 GP); '10-11 (21-35-56 in 75 GP); Since All-Star break (5-11-16 in 26 GP).

Quick notes: Think the Sabres are going to make some noise? In Tim Connolly's last 14 GP, he has tallied 14 points. Andrej Sekera has 17 points in his past 20 starts on D. Marc-Andre Gragnani, fresh off AHL Defenceman of the Year honours, has also been quietly stepping into a big power play role for this Buffalo team headed into the post-season. Derek Roy, who has been out since December with a torn quadriceps tendon, has been skating and may be ready for the second round. Jordan Leopold may be a few weeks away from seeing action.

Thomas Vanek: Career playoffs (10-5-15 in 29 GP); '10-11 (31-39-70 in 79 GP); Since All-Star break (13-16-29 in 30 GP).

NEW YORK RANGERS

Line combos: Brandon Dubinsky - Artem Anisimov - Ryan Callahan/ Ruslan Fedotenko - Brian Boyle - Brandon Prust/ Vinny Prospal - Derek Stepan - Marian Gaborik/ Wojtek Wolski - Erik Christensen - Sean Avery/ Marc Staal - Dan Girardi/ Ryan McDonagh - Mike Sauer/ Bryan McCabe - Steve Eminger

Top PP times (last game): McCabe (5:54), Gaborik (4:59), Prospal (4:31), Callahan (4:10), Wolski (4:01)

Top PP times (season to date): McCabe (4:04), Prospal (3:16), Gaborik (3:12), Dubinsky (3:06), Staal (2:40), Zuccarello (2:23), Stepan (2:23), Wolski (2:17)

Quick notes: Ryan Callahan's injury will be a big blow to this team, but they've been fighting through injury adversity all season long. Vinny Prospal has been getting hot at the right time (15 points in his past 16 GP once he shook the rust off) and if ever these guys needed Marian Gaborik to deliver some big goals... this would be the time. Honestly though, even if you think the Rangers will somehow win the Cup this year - their offence will likely be so spread out that taking a top scorer from a team who'll get bounced in the second round would net you as many points as most Rangers in four rounds.

Marian Gaborik: Career playoffs (12-10-22 in 29 GP); '10-11 (22-25-47 in 60 GP); Since All-Star break (6-10-16 in 22 GP).

Vinny Prospal: Career playoffs (9-25-34 in 60 GP); '10-11 (8-13-21 in 27 GP); Since All-Star break (8-13-21 in 27 GP).

Derek Stepan: Career playoffs (N/A); '10-11 (21-23-44 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (7-7-14 in 28 GP).

Artem Anisimov: Career playoffs (0-0-0 in 1 GP); '10-11 (18-25-43 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (8-9-17 in 28 GP).

Brian Boyle: Career playoffs (N/A); '10-11 (21-14-35 in 80 GP); Since All-Star break (3-5-8 in 28 GP).

Wojtek Wolski: Career playoffs (7-7-14 in 22 GP); '10-11 (11-23-34 in 71 GP; 5-13-18 in 35 GP with NYR); Since All-Star break (2-9-11 in 26 GP).

Bryan McCabe: Career playoffs (10-16-26 in 51 GP); '10-11 (7-21-28 in 65 GP; 2-4-6 in 17 GP with NYR); Since All-Star break (2-5-7 in 22 GP).

Marc Staal: Career playoffs (2-2-4 in 17 GP); '10-11 (7-22-29 in 75 GP); Since All-Star break (1-9-10 in 23 GP).

Dan Girardi: Career playoffs (0-3-3 in 27 GP); '10-11 (4-26-30 in 78 GP); Since All-Star break (1-6-7 in 28 GP).
