REGINA -- Barron Miles won't be helping the B.C. Lions defend their Grey Cup title.
Miles was unveiled Thursday as the Saskatchewan Roughriders new defensive backs coach. He served in the same capacity last season with the Lions, who beat Winnipeg to capture the 2011 Grey Cup.
Miles joins a Riders team that will feature a new head coach in Corey Chamblin, who spent last season as the Hamilton Tiger-Cats defensive co-ordinator.
But Chamblin's defensive staff features plenty of familiar faces. Defensive co-ordinator Richie Hall, linebackers coach Alex Smith and defensive line coach Mike Walker will all be back with the CFL club in the same capacities they served in last year.
