It's official, Al Davis is the "Harold Ballard" of the NFL.

The man that built the Raiders into one the proudest and winningest teams in the history of the NFL has completely lost it.

I have been a proud member of the Raiders Nation for years. My lifelong dream is to see a game in the Black Hole. This is a team that won three Super Bowls.

Now, the Raiders have officially become the laughingstock of the NFL. The Silver and Black make the Bengals look a stable franchise.

Al Davis actually had the nerve to blame all of the Raiders problems on Lane Kiffin. The only blame Davis was willing to take was when he admitted he made a mistake in hiring Kiffin in the first place.

Until Davis sells the Raiders or passes on, it is not going to get better for Raiders fans. What respectable coach in his right mind would ever want to work for Al Davis and the Raiders right now?

Do you want a great example of how screwed up Davis and the Raiders are right now?

Davis has hired and fired eight head coaches in the past 20 years. Eight freaking coaches!

Poor Art Shell actually worked for Davis twice during that time. I always thought the former Raiders Hall of Fame offensive tackle was tough; but I never thought he was a masochist.

I'm just as sick as Art Shell. I don't care how many games they win the rest of the year. I will still love them all the same. No matter how they're playing, No. 1 on my Bucket List is to take a road trip to Oakland to see the Raiders at the Black Hole.

Until Al Davis leaves, I have all but given up hope of ever seeing the Raiders back in the Super Bowl.

In the meantime, I will leave this bit of gold for all us long-suffering Raiders fans.

Courtesy of YouTube, it's the Oakland Raiders theme song.

Play it and think abut Howie Long, Kenny Stabler, Marcus Allen and all the great Raiders from years gone by.

Al Davis used to be one of them.

Not anymore.
