Skins shakeup continues
THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
ASHBURN, Va. -- The Washington Redskins have made three more player moves, signing offensive lineman Tyler Polumbus to the 53-man roster and adding tight end Fendi Onobun and cornerback Brandyn Thompson to the practice squad.
Wednesday's signings make for a total of 11 roster-related moves this week for a team that's lost four straight games.
Polumbus was cut by Seattle last month. He previously played two seasons in Denver under Redskins coach Mike Shanahan. He has appeared in 51 NFL games, including 15 starts.
Thompson has been involved in nine Redskins transactions this season. He's a seventh-round draft pick who has been cut three times from the active roster, each time landing back on the practice squad.
Washington plays at Miami on Sunday.
