PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia Eagles tight end Brent Celek underwent two operations Tuesday to repair a torn labrum in his left hip and a sports hernia.
The NFL club made announcement Wednesday.
Celek was Philadelphia's second-leading receiver this season with 62 catches for 811 yards and five touchdowns.
He joined Jeremy Maclin and DeSean Jackson as the first trio of Eagles to each top 800 yards receiving in a season.
