It appears as though the Chad Ochocinco name experiment has come to an end, as the New England Patriots wide receiver will reportedly be changing his last name back to Johnson.

Ochocinco, who legally changed his name in August of 2008, recently hinted on his Twitter account that his last name will be back to Johnson again by July 4.

The 34-year-old is scheduled to get married in July and that is the reason for his latest name change. The six-time Pro Bowler is set to marry reality TV personality Evelyn Lozada, who is the ex-fiancée of NBA star Antoine Walker.

Ochocinco is coming off his least productive year as a professional with just 15 receptions, 276 yards and one TD. In 151 career NFL games he has 751 receptions, 10,783 yards and 66 TDs.
