Ted Ginn Jr., WR: A former standout at Ohio State University, Ginn Jr. has since become more of a special-teams threat as an NFLer. On the punt-return, Ginn has the wheels to speed past defences and into the endzone.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Panthers have signed unrestricted free agent wide receiver Ted Ginn from the San Francisco 49ers,.

Carolina announced Friday that Ginn signed a one-year deal.

Carolina coach Ron Rivera says Ginn is “an explosive player who could help us both on offence and in the return game.”
