The Seattle Seahawks could be without strong safety Kam Chancellor for the remainder of the season, according to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

Chancellor is dealing with a neck injury, which he suffered during the Seahawks’ Week 10 Thursday Night Football matchup—the same game in which they lost cornerback Richard Sherman to a season-ending torn achilles. His status for Monday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons has been up in the air all week, and there haven’t been many official answers yet about whether the Legion of Boom will be able include Chancellor in their game plan.

When updating reporters on the Chancellor’s health earlier this week, Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll said it would “be a couple of days before we know.”

“Kam’s seeing some doctors to make sure about his neck,” Carroll said. “He got stingers in the game and we want to make sure that he’s OK. It’ll be a couple of days before we know.”
