The Seattle Seahawks have offered Marshawn Lynch a two-year deal worth around $21 million, according to reports.
“He has been an integral part of our program for five years and loved the contribution he has brought,” Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said on Friday. “We would really like to move at that swiftly, it’s such a big deal as it has always been to get our lead players intact so we are working at that now.”
Despite the reports, Lynch’s agent, Doug Hendrickson denies that a deal is in place.
Lynch is entering the final season of his four-year deal.
