The 2012 season marked a career low for Marco Andretti, finishing 16th, but there was enough promise to suggest the third generation racer will bounce back next year. Andretti led the most laps at Indianapolis, finished second at Iowa and took pole position in the season finale at Fontana. Coincidentally, all three of those races were ovals and he'll have to improve on the road/street courses that dominate the schedule.
