PULHEIM, Germany — Henrik Stenson overcame four bogeys in the final round to earn his 10th European Tour title with a three-shot victory at the BMW International Open on Sunday.

Stenson ended with 17 under to take his second title at the event after 2006, having finished as runner-up for the past two seasons. All the leaders had to play 36 holes on Sunday after rain washed out play the day before.

Darren Fichardt of South Africa and Thorbjoern Olesen of Denmark tied for second at 14 under.

Stenson carded a 5 under in the morning’s third round for a one-shot lead. Fichardt caught up on the 13th but Stenson had two more birdies.

Raphael Jacquelin of France was fourth at 11 under.
