Ottawa Senators forward Chris Neil will be sidelined at least 10 days because of an injury he sustained Saturday night.
Neil suffered a laceration to his right calf late in the second period of Saturday's 3-2 shootout win over the Buffalo Sabres. He will not make the team's upcoming road trip, which starts Wednesday in Buffalo.
Neil missed time earlier in the season because of a right knee injury. He sat out six games in December.
Ottawa will play five consecutive games on the road, with their next home contest coming on Feb. 19 when they host the Vancouver Canucks.
