Chris Neil may return to the practice ice with his teammates as early as Saturday morning, according to head coach Cory Clouston.
The winger has been out with a lacerated calf injury since Feb. 7th and has not participated in a practice since then. He has been skating on his own for the past week.
In practice on Friday, Daniel Alfredsson (maintenance day) and Shean Donovan (broken nose) did not participate with their teammates. Both are expected in the lineup for Saturday's game against Buffalo.
