A tweet by the agent of Canadiens goalie Jaroslav Halak is causing quite an uproar in Montreal.
Allan Walsh, who represents Halak and has almost 3,000 followers on his Twitter account, wrote on Saturday night following the team's 3-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning: "Interesting stat of the night....Price is 10W, 32L in last 42 starts. Hmm."
After the comment unsurprisinly generated an stir among Habs fans and the media, he later tweeted: "It was a tongue in cheek comment not meant to be taken seriously, forgot it was Montreal and everyone loses a sense of humor."
Price is 3-7 this year while Halak has a record of 5-2.
