Fans of the Ottawa Senators, will now have a better opportunity to view their team on Rogers Sportsnet, with the creation of Sportsnet Sens.
In addition to Rogers Sportsnet East's 40-game Senators broadcast schedule, Sportsnet will air 12 games on Sportsnet Sens, a new companion channel called Sportsnet ONE. These games are available at no extra cost to Sportsnet ONE subscribers in the East region.
Sportsnet and Sportsnet Sens will feature eight divisional-rival games including seven against Canadian-based teams.
It will be the first time in club history that all 82 games will be televised.
“Since our partnership back in 1998, our goal was to fulfill the demand for Senators games,” said Doug Beeforth, president of Rogers Sportsnet. “We're excited about our new Sportsnet East and Sportsnet ONE package, one that will deliver the most Senators games to date.”
The full television broadcast schedule is available at the Senators website at www.OttawaSenators.com.
