The Vancouver Canucks have signed defenceman Nolan Baumgartner and right wing Mark Mancari, the club announced Saturday.
Baumgartner played 66 games for the Manitoba Moose last season, recording 29 points. He also registered three assists in 14 Calder Cup playoffs games.
In 143 career NHL games, Baumgartner has collected 47 points and 69 PIM.
Mancari split last season between the Buffalo Sabres and the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey league. In 20 games with the Sabres he tallied eight points in 20 games. Mancari recorded 64 points in 56 games with the Pirates.
He also appeared in his first career playoff game for the Sabres during the 2011 Stanley Cup playoffs and notched 12 points in nine playoff games with the Pirates.
