Avalanche sign Dominic Toninato to a two-year, entry-level deal

The Colorado Avalanche have signed forward Dominic Toninato to a two-year entry level deal.

The 23-year-old just finished a four-year college career with the Minnesota Duluth, where he served as team captain for his senior season.

Last year the centre finished with 29 points (16g/13a) in 42 games and had a team high plus-25 rating.

Toninato was a fifth-round selection by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 2012 NHL draft. He became a college free agent on August 15th.
